About Me

My passion for health was shaped by real life, caregiving, motherhood, menopause, migraines, health scares, and years of holding everything together while quietly running out of energy.

I know what it feels like to look strong on the outside while feeling exhausted and overwhelmed on the inside.

My relationship with health began early. By age nine, I was already struggling with my body and trying to figure things out on my own. Through years influenced by diet culture, extreme approaches, and self-blame, I learned firsthand how easy it is to believe that if health isn’t working, it must be your fault.

Adulthood added new layers: a demanding career, raising a family, supporting a neurodivergent child, caring for my mother, and navigating menopause, all while trying to protect my own well-being. A major turning point came during my first pregnancy, when I reversed gestational diabetes through food and movement, showing me the power of everyday choices and the importance of the right support.

Over time, I learned to work with my life instead of against it, choosing compassionate, sustainable approaches grounded in real life. One truth became clear: no one should have to struggle as long, or as alone, as I did.

That’s why I founded AG Healthy Living: to help people get back on track (or find it for the first time) so they can move forward with clarity, confidence, and deeper trust in themselves.
