I know this place well…because I lived it.

For years, I worked hard to control my weight and feel better in my body and my life. I followed the ‘right’ programs and pushed myself to stay disciplined, even as my life kept changing. When the results didn’t last, I blamed myself.

The turning point wasn’t a new plan or more effort. It was realizing nothing was wrong with me: the approach was wrong.

I stopped trying to make a rigid approach work and began creating my own way forward: keeping what worked, letting go of what didn’t, learning to be flexible, and rebuilding trust in myself. As I began to feel more aligned, my energy returned, confidence grew. I started to feel like myself again – able to believe change was possible.

That’s why I do this work:
to help women experience health as integrated, supportive, and sustainable—so they don’t have to struggle as long or as alone as I did.
